Hey All!

Yes, it is official, I am now your two-time, yes that's right TWO-TIME MR OLYMPIA and SHERU CLASSIC CHAMP! It was a very tough battle, but TEAM HEATH prevailed and now can take some time off and begin to recover from this year's prep. I just want to thank you all for your on-going support and know that I will definitely be working extremely hard for next year's Mr. Olympia as my good friend Jay Cutler is coming back, so I've definitely gotta bring it!
