It's 11:45pm Mountain Standard Time. I am feeling very excited to compete yet again against the best in the world at the 2011 Mr Olympia Contest in Las Vegas, Nevada. My workouts have been very intense, along with countless hours on the cardio to ensure a much bigger yet detailed physique. I am currently filming a new dvd with BodyBranded Films, in which the title has yet to be determined. We have filmed the entire bodybuilding season, beginning at the 2011 Arnold Classic, to the FIBO Power Germany, guest posings, along with my preparations for the big Olympia contest.
